事前相談に関して。

お世話になっております。

Bespoke H＆Sonsと申します。

ご注文の前に一度相談をしてみたい。

というお声が以前からほんの少し聞こえておりましたので、

事前相談来店を受け付けることにしました。

・こういう仕様でいきたいのだけど、やってもらえるのか？

・お店やスタッフは、どんな雰囲気なのか？

　コミュニケーションうまく取れそうかな？

・社内で縫っていると言っていたから、

　縫っているところ見てみたい。

　...etc

以前から、お問合せいただければ対応させていたのですが、

正式にこういうことをやっています。とお伝えすることにいたしました。

ビスポーク、ハウススタイルマシーンメイド共に、

お客様と我々テーラーとのコミュニケーションが

出来上がりに如実に反映してまいりますので、

事前相談にて不明点を整理し、

事前にコミュニケーションをとっておくことにより、

良い出来上がりを目指していく。

というふうに考えております。

なお当店は、

入口を入り、縫製の現場を抜けてお客様スペースに到着する作りになっていますので、

実際に縫製するところをご覧いただけます。

少々雑然としてはいますが...、 （追記：2025年1月、レイアウト変更しました。）

生々しい縫製の現場はなかなかご覧いただけないものですから、

こちらもお好きな方の琴線に触れると思っております。

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have in the preliminary consultation,

We aim for a good result by communicating with you in advance,

We believe that this is the best way to achieve a good result.

Our store is located at the entrance of the building,

It is a bit chaotic... It's a bit messy..,

It is not easy to see the actual sewing process,

We are sure that it will touch the heartstrings of those who love sewing.
